Frontier Markets Fund Managers ("FMFM")

FMFM (a division of Standard Bank Plc) is the principal point of contact for GuarantCo (see Contact).  FMFM is responsible for advising GuarantCo on transactions, including the origination of transactions, structuring and negotiating documentation, performing due diligence on transactions and associated entities and monitoring GuarantCo’s portfolio.

FMFM performs a similar role for the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund, which is a sister entity to GuarantCo and is also sponsored by PIDG.  Further details can be found at www.emergingafricafund.com.
